CHICKEN WITH BEEF & BACON 
Boned chicken breasts, 6 to 8 pieced
1 jar Armour dried beef
Bacon, 1/2 strip per chicken breast
Sm. carton sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Roll each chicken breast in a small roll; wrap each with a round of dried beef; then wrap 1/2 strip of bacon around chicken and beef. Lay rolls in baking dish, sides touching. Mix sour cream and soup. Pour over chicken. Cover with heavy foil. Bake 2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Take foil off and continue baking for 30 minutes.
