TURKEY WITH APPLE SLICES (FOR TWO) | |
This turkey dish is quick and absolutely delicious. Perfection for 2 people - especially for the holidays - when a full size turkey is simply too much. 2 turkey breast tenderloins or cutlets 1 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. maple syrup 1 tbsp. cider vinegar 1 tsp. Dijon mustard 1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules 1 medium tart apple, peeled and sliced Skillet: Cook turkey in butter (medium heat) - 4 to 5 minutes per side until juices run clear. Remove from heat - cover - keep warm. Same skillet: Add maple syrup, vinegar, Dijon and chicken bouillon... Stir. Add apple slices - cook 2 to 3 minutes or until apple is tender. Spoon over turkey. SO GOOOOOD... Submitted by: Phyllis Chittum |
