1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
16 oz. can chocolate syrup
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs

Mix together. Bake 350 degrees, 30-35 minutes in 9x13 greased, floured pan. Cool.

FILLING:

2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. butter
4 tbsp. creme de menthe

ICING:

1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits
6 tbsp. butter

Melt and cool. Spread on cake. FREEZE.
