CARROT BREAD | |
3/4 c. oil 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 1/2 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. grated carrots 1/2 c. nuts (pecans or walnuts) Beat eggs and add sugar and oil, then mix with dry ingredients. Bake in greased bread pan at 325 to 350 degrees about 1 hour or until done. |
