CHICKEN KIEV 
2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
2 chicken breasts, boneless, split
1/2 c. dry white wine or apple juice
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. or less chopped parsley

Melt butter. Flatten chicken breasts between waxed paper. Combine next 6 ingredients. Dip chicken in melted butter and roll in crumbs. Optional - Put a pat of butter in each, roll, and secure with toothpick. Place skin side up in ungreased pan. Bake 30-40 minutes at 375 or until golden brown.

Combine wine, onion, parsley and butter. When chicken is brown, pour sauce over and around. Return to oven 3-5 minutes more or just until sauce is hot. Serve with sauce spooned over.
