30 vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. softened cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Cherry or blueberry pie filling

Put paper liners into miniature cupcake tins. Place 1 vanilla wafer into each liner. Beat cream cheese until creamy. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Place 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture on each vanilla wafer. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Spoon 2 teaspoons of pie filling over cheesecakes while hot. Cool and refrigerate.
