ANGEL BISCUITS 
5 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. oil
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 tbsp. water
2 1/2 c. buttermilk

Dissolve yeast in 2 tablespoons warm water - mix other ingredients together with dissolved yeast - keep covered in refrigerator and use when needed - keeps several days in refrigerate. Add flour as needed when biscuits are rolled out to bake. Bake at 425-450 degrees for 15 minutes.
