TWICE BAKED POTATOES 
5 lg. baked potatoes
1/2 c. heated canned milk
3 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper to taste
6 strips bacon, crisply cooked & crumbled
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut potatoes in half and carefully scoop out interiors into mixing bowl leaving skins intact. Beat potatoes for 30 seconds. Add milk, butter/oleo, salt and pepper. Beat until fluffy. Fold in crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese. Fill shells with mixture. Place filled shells in oven for 20 minutes or until mixture starts to brown. Yield: 10 halves.
