4 egg yolks
4 c. milk
1 c. sugar
4 heaping tbsp. flour
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

In saucepan combine egg yolks and milk. In bowl mix together sugar and flour. Add to yolks and milk. Cook until thickens. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and butter.

Filling can be used for banana, coconut, pineapple cream pies or banana pudding. Makes 2 pies.
