2 c. olive oil
1 c. salad oil
3/4 c. red wine vinegar
4 cloves fresh garlic
1 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. celery salt
3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.
