BEEF CHOP SUEY 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
3 med. onions, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 lg. can bean sprouts
1 sm. can mushrooms (use liquid)
1/4 c. red pepper, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Brown beef in large skillet, add onions, celery, mushrooms and peppers. Simmer for about 10 minutes, add bean sprouts and cook until heated through. Mix water, soy sauce and cornstarch until smooth. Pour into beef and vegetable mixture. Season with garlic powder and black pepper to taste and stir until thickened. Serve over steamed rice.
