2 (1 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli spears (4 c.)
1 c. part skim Ricotta cheese
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. minced onion flakes
4 eggs
1 env. instant chicken broth mix
Dash garlic powder

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain. Arrange broccoli in a 8 inch square baking pan that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a blender container, combine remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture evenly over broccoli. Bake 30 minutes, until set and lightly brown.
