APPLE PIE EXTRAORDINAIRE 
Frozen apple pie
2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg yolk from extra lg. egg
1/2 c. sugar mixed with 1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. Richardson's butterscotch caramel fudge topping

Bake frozen pie according to directions. Cool slightly. Mash cream cheese and combine with egg yolk, sugar and vanilla. Whip with fork until fluffy; spread on pie. Heat topping in microwave or pot filled with boiling water. Drizzle over cream cheese covered pie. Slice and serve immediately. Great with vanilla ice cream or eggnog or rum raisin.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
