LEMON THYME BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour

Cream butter and sugar. Add flour. Press dough into 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes until brown.

FILLING:

2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon thyme
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine filling ingredients. Beat for 1 minute at low speed. Pour over crust. Bake for 12-2 minutes at 350 degrees until set. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into bars.
