NOODLE PUDDING 
1/2 lb. med. noodles
6 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 lb. creamed cottage cheese (small curd)
1/2 lb. Farmer cheese
1/4 lb. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk (last)
Slice almonds to garnish, if wanted

Cook noodles and drain. Beat eggs and add all ingredients at room temperature; add milk last. Mix with noodles and put into pan 8 1/2 x 12 or 9 x 13. Sprinkle with sliced almonds and cinnamon (if desired). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. When cold, refrigerate. Cut into desired size pieces and reheat when serving. Do not use microwave. Can be frozen.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
