BUTTERMILK PIE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
8 inch unbaked pie shell

Melt butter, add sugar and flour, beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, buttermilk and vanilla; beat and pour into pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
