ITALIAN SPAGHETTI SAUCE (EA) 
2 lg. cans Italian tomatoes
3 cans Italian tomato paste
2 tsp. sugar
Salt & pepper
1 green pepper, sweet, diced
1 garlic clove, diced fine
Garlic powder
Garlic salt
Italian grated cheese
1-2 pork chops

Put ingredients in large boiler or saucepan as follows: Tomatoes, paste (rinse paste cans with just a tiny amount of water and add to tomatoes) and stir. Add about 2 rounded teaspoons sugar, salt and pepper to taste, diced green pepper, garlic, diced very fine, garlic powder and garlic salt. If desired omit garlic and use extra garlic powder. Add grated cheese and pork chops. Stir thoroughly and put on stove with lid slightly ajar so it will not boil over, turn fire down low, stir frequently and as soon as it starts to boil, turn fire down as low as possible and let simmer for about 2 hours, stir often. Add browned meat ball and simmer another hour.
