CHEESY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, sliced
1 can broccoli cheese soup
1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 med. potatoes, cooked & sliced

In skillet over medium heat, in hot butter, cook onion until tender. Stir in soup, milk and pepper. Heat to boiling. Add potatoes. Reduce heat to low. Cover, simmer 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally. Garnish with sage if desired. For cheesier flavor; add 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese with soup.
