VERY CHERRY CHEESE BARS 
1 Package 'Super Moist' Cherry Chip Cake Mix
1/2 cup softened butter
2 8 oz packages softened cream cheese
1 tub ready to spread cherry frosting
3 eggs
Optional: 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Heat oven to 325°F.

Grease a 9" by 13" cake pan. Beat dry cake mix and butter on low until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup. Press the remainder in the bottom of the cake pan.

Beat eggs until blended. Beat cream cheese and frosting on medium until smooth. Add to egg mixture. Pour over crust. Sprinkle reserved crumbly mixture.

Bake for 45 minutes or until set. Cool completely.

Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Makes 36 bars.
