CHICKEN SALAD SUPREME 
2 1/2 c. diced chicken, cooked
1 c. seedless grapes, sliced
1 c. walnuts, broken
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. whipped cream or whipped topping, more if needed

Mix. Chill and serve. For sandwiches: Spread warm crossants with mayonnaise. Place a generous serving of salad on half of crossant and top with alfalfa sprouts. Place other half of crossant on top of sprouts.
