PISTACHIO DESSERT | |
40 Ritz crackers 1 stick & 1 tbsp. butter 2 pkgs. pistachio pudding 1 1/2 c. milk 1 qt. vanilla ice cream 1 lg. Cool Whip 6 Heath bars, crushed Mix crushed crackers and butter and pat in bottom of pan. Mix pudding mixes with milk. Beat until thickened. Add vanilla ice cream which is a little soft. Pour over Ritz cracker crust. Put in Cool Whip. Sprinkle on crushed Heath bars. |
