BITE-SIZE CHICKEN 
1 pkg. boned chicken breast
2 eggs, beaten
Salt
Pepper
Bread crumbs
1 stick butter
1 c. chicken broth or bouillon (hot)
1 c. shredded muenster cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Combine eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl large enough to soak chicken pieces in for 1 hour. Pour off excess egg and roll in bread crumbs.

Melt butter in a frying pan and brown chicken. Put chicken into a shallow casserole dish. Pour hot chicken bouillon over pieces and cover with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
