FLANK STEAK 
1/2 c. soy sauce
3-4 tbsp. sugar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Dash of lemon juice
2 lb. flank steak

Completely coat flank in marinade and marinate overnight in refrigerate. Turn flank over in the morning so other side sits in marinade. Broil on broiling pan. Turn. End of steak will get crisp. Slice into thin strips.
