SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina French dressing
1 (8 or 10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 chicken, cut up

Mix first three ingredients. Pour over chicken in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Optional: Remove chicken and debone if desired. Defat sauce. Put chicken back in sauce.
