CHICKEN & CHEDDAR SANDWICHES 
1 (5 to 6 3/4 oz.) chunk chicken, drained & flaked
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese (1 c.)
1/2 sm. green pepper, diced
5 pitted ripe olives, sliced
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

In medium sized bowl, mix all ingredients until blended. Cover bowl and refrigerate chicken mixture at least 30 minutes. Makes 2 cups filling for 4 sandwiches. You can use softened butter or mayonnaise on bread when putting sandwiches together.
