PEACHES CREAM PIE 
1 baked & cooled pie crust
4 c. sliced peaches
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix peaches, sugar and lemon juice in blender. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Beat cream cheese and sugar together with 1 cup peach mixture. Fold into this 1 (8 ounce) package Cool Whip. Pour into cooled pie crust. Pour remaining peach mixture over cream mixture. Chill thoroughly. Very good.
