RICH CHEESECAKE 
Crust:

3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter

Press crust ingredients into 9-inch pie dish.

Filling:

12 oz. (1 1/2 pkgs.) cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend ingredients. Pour cheese mixture into graham crust.

Bake in a 350°F oven for 20 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Make topping.

Topping:

1 c. dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Smear on top of cheesecake.

Bake in 450°F oven for 5 minutes. Chill before serving.
