SPICY FLANK MARINADE | |
This is an excellent recipe for those family gatherings you have planned for the weekend... Feedback appreciated! 1 flank steak MARINADE: 1/2 cup soy sauce 2-4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced 1/2 cup lemon or lime juice 1-3 tsp. of cayenne pepper 1/4 to 1/2 cup brown sugar salt and pepper, to taste Combine all 7 marinade ingredients into a bowl/container large enough for entire flank steak. Mix very well and place steak into container. Cover container and place in refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours. Remove steak from container, let steak drip dry. Place on medium heat (coal or gas grill... really doesn't matter). Keep turning every 10 to 15 minutes or until meat is around medium-rare or to your liking. Submitted by: Bobby |
