MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
1 carton (8 oz.) sour cream
1 sm. pkg. (3 oz.) orange Jello
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange slices (drained)
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 carton (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed

Mix sour cream and gelatin thoroughly. Add drained fruit, stir in whipped topping. May be served immediately or refrigerate for later use. Variations: use strawberry Jello and strawberries and bananas.
