AMARETTO KISSES 
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/2 c. amaretto liqueur
2 1/2 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers
1 c. finely chopped pecans

Melt chocolate in bowl of double boiler over hot, not boiling water, stirring until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat; stir in sugar and corn sugar. Add liqueur and blend well. Combine nuts and vanilla wafer crumbs in bowl and stir in chocolate mixture. Mix well. Form into 1 inch balls; roll in granulated sugar. Store in air tight container several days before serving.
