SEVEN ALARM CHILI 
2 lbs. dry kidney beans
2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 lg. cans stewed tomatoes
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato juice
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 pkg. Schilling chili seasoning
Garlic salt to taste
1 tsp. cayenne pepper or more, if you're brave
6 tbsp. chili powder (to taste)
Salt
Pepper

Soak beans overnight, cook according to recipe on bag. Brown beef and onion, then drain. Add seasoning mix, beans, and all other ingredients. Cook in large pot all day (the longer the better). Stir occasionally.
