ALMOND PUDDING LOAF 
1 1/3 c. toasted, finely chopped almonds
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
Glaze

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease loaf pan. Sprinkle 1/3 cup of the chopped almonds over bottom and sides of pan. Beat remaining ingredients together (except Glaze) and beat 30 seconds on low speed. Then beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until pudding tests done. Remove from pan immediately, cool. Spread with glaze if desired.

GLAZE:

Beat: 1 tsp. rum extract or almond if preferred 1 to 2 tbsp. milk until of desired consistency

Pour over pudding.
