MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 can green chilies, chopped
1 (10 oz.) can taco sauce
1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 tortillas, frozen
2 lbs. hamburger
Grated cheese

Brown green pepper and onion in large saucepan or skillet. Add hamburger and brown, add remaining liquid ingredients, salt and pepper to taste. Place 6 tortillas in bottom of large baking dish. Spoon on one-half of hamburger mixture. Add other six tortillas and remainder of hamburger mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes. Top with cheese. May be made in 2 smaller dishes and put one in freezer.
