MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can olives
1 (19 oz.) can enchilada sauce
1 block grated Cheddar cheese
4 flour tortillas

Dip flour tortilla in enchilada sauce. Place in casserole. Spread layer of beef, onion, olives, and cheese over tortilla. Repeat to make 4 layers. Pour extra enchilada sauce over casserole. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
