5 POUNDS OF FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk (13 oz.)
3-6 oz. bags chocolate bits
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 jar marshmallow fluff (7 1/2 oz.)
1 c. walnuts (optional)

Combine in large deep heavy saucepan, sugar and evaporated milk. Bring to boil and boil for 10 minutes, stirring constantly (a must). Remove from heat, add chocolate bits, salt, vanilla, marshmallow, butter (cut nuts). Beat until smooth. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate. Cut into squares.
