HUSBAND'S DELIGHT 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 (14 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 pkg. dry spaghetti sauce mix
1/2 (5 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese

Brown meat in medium frying pan; drain. Add spaghetti sauce to meat. Stir in 1/2 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce. Simmer for several minutes; set aside. Add 1/2packages egg noodles to boiling water and boil until tender. Drain.

In 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, layer 1/2 noodles, 1/2 ground beef mixture, 1/2 sour cream, 1/2 shredded Cheddar cheese. Repeat. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Yield: 4 servings.
