MUSTARD ORANGE PORK CHOPS 
1/3 c. orange marmalade or apricot preserves
2 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
4 pork chops

Preheat broiler. In small saucepan, stir together marmalade or preserves and mustard. Heat over medium heat until marmalade is melted. Place pork chops on unheated broiler pan. Broil about 4 inches from heat for 6 minutes. Turn chops. Broil 2 more minutes. Spoon glaze over chops. Broil 4 to 5 minutes more until the chops are no longer pink.
