HOT TURKEY SALAD 
2 c. diced, cooked turkey
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. minced onion
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients except cheese and potato chips. Spoon into a buttered 11 3/4" x 7 1/2" casserole. Combine chips and cheese and sprinkle on top. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
