HOT SPICED TEA 
1 tsp. whole cloves
1 inch stick cinnamon
3 qts. water
2 1/2 tbsp. black tea
Juice of oranges (3 oranges)
Juice of 1 1/2 lemons
1 c. sugar

Tie the spices loosely in a bag and bring to boiling in water. Add tea loosely tied in a bag. Steep for 5 minutes; remove bags. Heat juice and sugar; add to tea. Serves 25.
