CHAFING DISH MEATBALLS 
2 1/2 lb. ground chuck
6 eggs, beaten
1 lg. grated onion
Salt to taste

SAUCE:

1 bottle chili sauce
1 lg. jar grape jelly
Juice of 1 lemon

Mix meat and shape in small balls. Bake until done. Then put into sauce.

Sauce: Simmer until brown. You may add 4 pounds of cut up flanks if you wish instead of meatballs.

NOTE: For 100 people - Bread 10 loaves, butter 3 pounds, rolls - 200. Serves: 100.
