PEACH COBBLER 
1 qt. fresh or frozen peaches, sliced
3 tbsp. tapioca

Mix peaches and tapioca in a saucepan. Cook for 5 minutes. Put into an 8 x 8 inch pan. Mix topping ingredients and spread on top of peaches. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until topping is nice and brown.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. soft butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. all-purpose flour
