9 - 10 zucchini
1 lg. sliced onion
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 c. grated cheddar
8 oz. pkg. mushroom
1 sm. pkg. seasoned croutons

Grease 9 x 11 inch cake pan with butter. Layer vegetables 3 times. Top with croutons and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 to 3/4 hour. Uncover and bake additional 15 minutes.
