CARROT CASSEROLE | |
6 carrots 2 tbsp. grated onion 2 tbsp. horseradish 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. water Clean and cut carrots into very thin strips. Cook until tender in salted water. Place in 6 x 10 inch baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over the carrots. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup buttered bread crumbs and dash of paprika. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. |
