CHICKEN CHOW MEIN (RESTAURANT
STYLE)
 
Chicken (1 serving or 2/3 cup chopped per person served)
Chicken stock (2/3 cup per person)

Stir Fry (Per Person):

Chicken stir fry til nearly done then add and stirfry until done:

Onions 1/2 cup per serving
Celery 1/3 cup sliced diagonally medium thin
Mushrooms 1/3 cup (button or normal from Costco)
Water chestnuts 1/4 cup per person served or 1 can total sliced

Add:

Chicken stock (2/3 cup per person)

Mix 1/2 cup water and 2 T. Cornstarch add to thicken to clear gravy.

Served over Chrispy fried Chinese noodles Optional Ingredients: Carrots, Red peppers, Green peppers
