ICE CREAM FROSTING 
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 egg white
1/2 c. Crisco
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. milk

Beat egg white and 1 cup of sugar for 1 minute. Stop mixer. Combine all ingredients and beat until light and fluffy. 1/2 cup cocoa may be added to make it chocolate.
