PORK CHOPS WITH WILD RICE 
1 (6 oz.) box long grain and wild rice mix
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 c. water
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
6 pork chops
Salt, pepper & paprika to taste

Combine the uncooked rice with the soup and water in a baking dish. Mix with the mushrooms. Arrange the pork chops on top and sprinkle with salt and paprika. Cover and bake 1 hour and 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Serves 6. Pork chops may be browned in a skillet before baking.
