ENCHILADAS 
1 lb. hamburger
3/4 lb. cheddar cheese
1 3/4 c. water
1 pkg. Schilling enchilada mix
1 onion
1 pkg. lg. flour tortillas
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste

Brown hamburger; drain. Mix hot water, tomato paste, enchilada mix and add 1/3 of it to hamburger along with onion and 1/2 of the cheese. Simmer until cheese melts and remove from heat. Put 2 spoonfuls in each tortilla and roll up. Place in greased baking dish. Spoon sauce over enchiladas and sprinkle with rest of cheese. Bake, uncovered for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. (Double this recipe for 12 large flour tortillas.)
