3 eggs
2 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed or 10 oz. fresh cooked spinach
1/2 lb. feta cheese
1 stick butter, melted

Beat eggs. Add milk, Bisquick, and spinach. Mix well. Pour into Pyrex baking dish, 11 x 9 inch. Crumble feta over the top. Pour melted butter over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
