SPINACH - CHEESE CASSEROLE 
6 eggs
6 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 stick melted butter
1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, defrosted and drained
2 cartons cottage cheese or 1 lg. carton (1 lb.)
1 pkg. Old English cheese slices, cut up finely

Mix together in a casserole and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or a little longer.
