BEEFY PASTA STEW 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 sm. clove garlic (minced)
1/4 tsp. oregano leaves (crushed)
1 (19 oz.) can chunky vegetable soup
1 (12 oz.) can vegetable juice
1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
Dash of pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese

In 2-quart saucepan over medium heat cook beef with garlic and oregano until beef is browned. Add soup, vegetable juice, macaroni, and pepper. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir often. Top with cheese when ready to serve.
